One of the UK’s leading financial institutions has long been known for its commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. When the organisation decided to consolidate its office space, they turned to Clear Workspace to manage their 450-person London office clearance. The goal was to execute a large-scale office clearance quickly and efficiently, while aligning with the client’s sustainability values by maximising reuse and minimising environmental impact.
Clear Workspace was tasked with the complete office clearance in London, including the removal of desks, chairs, and storage units—totaling 1,568 items. The project had to be delivered on a tight timeline, with just seven days to complete the clearance. Leveraging its proven sustainable clearance model, Clear Workspace not only met the deadline but also achieved exceptional environmental outcomes. In total, 11,289 kilogrammes of waste were diverted from landfill, saving 16,793 kgCO₂e in emissions.
